Sonia has been working in real estate law since 1987. She worked at one of Canada’s leading law firms as a residential real estate clerk for over 20 years. She later transitioned to the area of commercial real estate at a mid-size law firm in downtown Toronto. Her vast experience has seen her tackle projects ranging from the acquisition of various multimillion-dollar commercial properties to the financing of industrial properties and everything in between.
Sonia is involved with all stages of the real estate transaction. In the early stages, she will help with due diligence issues through her efficiency in title searching, reporting on corporate search results, and reviewing surveys. As the deal finalizes, she will be integral in preparing title insurance, closing documents, and final reports for clients.
In her downtime, Sonia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and recently has become a pupil of golf.

Carley completed the Law Clerk program from Reeves College in Calgary, Alberta in 2013 and has been working in the industry since then. She has gained experience in various areas of law, but took favour in real estate transactions and committed to this area of practice since 2017.
Carley takes pride in completing seamless, client-focused transactions and is always willing to tackle projects with a can-do attitude. She is involved in all stages of our residential real estate transactions and truly enjoys assisting clients throughout.
Outside of work, Carley can usually be found outdoors: hiking, canoeing, fishing, riding her horse, or taking her dog on long walks. Like Roxy, she also enjoys rocking out on her guitar and we are waiting for their collaboration.

After completing the Legal Assistance program in Humber College in 2013, Roxy started her career within Residential Real Estate shortly thereafter. Being passionate in attending and collecting legal and factual documents, she utilizes her organizational skills in communicating with opposing counsel and other parties, clients, judicial administrative staff, and vendors. Her primary goal is to support Northview’s lawyers with her time management skills so all attorneys can stay on schedule.
In her spare time, she enjoys the simpler aspects of life such as camping, hiking, painting, and reading. In addition, she thoroughly enjoys horror movies, rocking out on her guitar and is a huge video game fanatic.
